You're not ugly, you're collapsed.
A new approach to restoring the structure - practices, techniques and tools to widen your palate, project the jaws and restore what years of bad habits took away.
Drag to reveal — unretouched result
The structure was always there. We just helped it surface.
Members wear their mouthguard nightly. These are their own progress photos.
Why releasing the tension works
A mouthguard isn't the whole method — it's the accelerator. Here's the biomechanics behind what you'll feel and see.
Wear it. Let the structure unwind.
Wear the mouthguard every night and a few hours during the day. As you do, the soft tissue of the jaw and skull begins to unwind — and a cascade of knock-on issues, from TMJ tension to poor sleep, starts to improve.
Your mewing, on its strongest setting
Designed to support proper tongue posture and jaw alignment effortlessly. It enhances your mewing and thumb-pulling results, accelerating facial symmetry and structural development with every single wear.
One of the few tools built for symmetry
I believe the key to symmetry is improving the curve of Spee— which essentially ‘inflates’ the skull, allowing the cranial bones to revert back to their correct anatomical position.
Unlock the occlusion, inflate the skull
The curve of Spee is the line describing how your upper and lower teeth come together.
By increasing the vertical height between the teeth and ‘unlocking’ the occlusion, the guard inflated my skull and straightened my posture.
A forward impulse that holds
Mewing and facepulling sharpened my side profile; the mouthguard simply accelerated the process and maintained the “forward impulse”.
Tools for your transformation
Mouthguards, protocols and care — everything I built to help you rebuild your structure.
Three steps, eight weeks
Find your size
Measure between your upper molars and match the chart — R1, R2 or R3 in your width.
Wear it nightly
Slip it in before bed. No boiling, no fitting — the silicone does the work while you sleep.
Watch it surface
Wider palate, forward jaw, calmer TMJ. Most members see change in eight weeks.
Find your size
Bite into a slice of bread, measure between the outer edges of your upper last molars in centimeters, then match the chart.
In between sizes? Always take the bigger one. Palate under 6 cm — start with R1 in S.
I rebuilt my own face. Then I built Mewology.
My name is Katarina. After my master's in biology I began independent research to fix my own collapsed facial structure after years of braces — my features were fading and I was only 25.
I learned it's called craniofacial dystrophy: a modern condition that includes a narrow palate, recessed face, crowded teeth and it's caused by soft food, mouth breathing and poor posture.
I learned that beauty isn't about age. It's about biomechanics. I studied, rebuilt my structure and today I help others do the same.
