Reviv makes no claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on our
website and in our community is based on personal experience and is educational in nature.

You acknowledge that you are using the RD1 appliance at your own risk and that results may
vary from person to person.
4.
You agree that Reviv is not responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or adverse effects that may result
from the use of the RD1 appliance.
Recommended Usage
1.
You agree to follow the recommended usage guidelines for the RD1 appliance, which typically
include:

Initially wearing the appliance for shorter periods and gradually increasing wear time
●
Not wearing the appliance while eating
●
Cleaning the appliance regularly
●
Taking breaks from wearing the appliance if experiencing significant discomfort
2.
You acknowledge that the process of wearing the RD1 appliance may cause temporary discomfort,
including:

Headaches or pressure in the head
●
Soreness in the jaw, teeth, or gums
●
Changes in bite alignment
●
Temporary changes in speech
3.
You understand that these are normal parts of the process and not necessarily signs of something going
wrong.
4.
If you have veneers, crowns, bridges, or other dental restorations, you acknowledge that you must exercise caution when using the RD1 appliance. The appliance may exert pressure on your teeth that could cause dental restorations to loosen or dislodge. Reviv strongly recommends consulting your dentist before use if this applies to you, and agrees that Reviv is not liable for any damage to existing dental restorations resulting from use of the appliance.
5.
You confirm that you do not have loose teeth, are not currently wearing braces, and do not have untreated dental or gum disease. If any of these conditions apply, you agree to consult a licensed dental professional before using the RD1 appliance.

Keeping the appliance away from hot water, dishwashers, and direct sunlight, as heat may deform the device

If you experience gum irritation or notice any signs of gum recession, you agree to pause use immediately and allow your gums to fully heal before resuming. When you resume, you should do so gradually, starting with shorter wear periods and increasing slowly. Persistent or worsening gum recession should be evaluated by a dental professional before continuing use.
Important Biomechanical Considerations

You acknowledge that you understand the Reviv process may create a posterior open bite (a condition where
the back teeth do not touch when biting down) over time.
2.
You understand that if a posterior open bite develops, it must be supported either by:

Continuing to wear the RD1 appliance or a similar appliance at night, OR
●
Consulting with a dentist about placing composite material on your teeth to support the bite
3.
You understand that failing to support a posterior open bite could lead to:

Potential development of TMJ issues
●
Structural changes in the skull, spine, and body
4.
You agree to consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any severe or concerning symptoms
while using the RD1 appliance.
EGK Biomechanics Community & Support Membership
1.
You understand that participating in the EGK community is optional and that any advice or suggestions received from other community members should not replace professional medical advice.
2.
You acknowledge that sharing your experience in the community is voluntary and that you do so at your own discretion.
3.
The EGK community is an independently operated, peer-led support space. It is not managed, monitored, or endorsed by Reviv as a company, and participation in the community does not constitute a formal support relationship with Reviv.

Any information, advice, or guidance shared by community members reflects personal experience only and does not represent the official views, recommendations, or positions of Reviv.

Community access does not entitle you to official product support, professional medical or dental consultation, or guaranteed responses from Reviv staff.

claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the
RD1 appliance.
Important Health Notice

You confirm that you have consulted with a healthcare professional about your specific health conditions and
concerns before using the RD1 appliance, or you have made an informed decision to proceed
without such consultation.
2.
You acknowledge that the RD1 appliance is not a substitute for professional dental or medical
care.
3.
You agree to stop using the RD1 appliance and consult a healthcare professional if you
experience severe pain, significant changes in bite that cause difficulty eating, breathing problems, or any
other concerning symptoms.
4.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have sleep apnea, you agree to consult a physician before using the RD1 appliance. This product is not designed to address sleep apnea and is not a substitute for medically approved sleep apnea treatments.
5.
You acknowledge that in rare cases, if the appliance becomes loose or dislodged during sleep, it may present a choking hazard. You agree to stop use immediately and consult a dental professional if this occurs.
