How to mold?+

RevivDay (RD1) is designed for regular re-molding (once a week). Learn more here

How to Mold Your RD1

  1. Boil water — Bring a pot of water to a full boil on the stove or kettle. Maximum temperature is needed for the mold to set correctly.
  2. Soak for 60 seconds — Submerge the RD1 in the boiling water for exactly 60 seconds. This softens it evenly so it can mold precisely to your teeth.
  3. Cool briefly (3–5 seconds) — Remove the guard with a slotted spoon and dip it in cold water for just 3–5 seconds. This makes it safe to handle without losing its softness.
  4. Place and bite down — Stand in front of a mirror. Place the RD1 on your lower teeth, centered in the bite channel. Gently bite down and press your fingers along the side walls to shape it around your teeth.
  5. Hold for 5 minutes — Keep the guard in your mouth for at least 5 minutes without moving it, so the material takes the exact shape of your bite.
  6. Set in cold water — Place the molded guard in cold water for 5 minutes to lock in the shape. Once done, it's ready to wear.
How many times can I remold it?+
Remold Once a Week.
RD1 is designed for regular remolding — once per week is what we recommend.

Why? Because your bite subtly shifts as your structure improves over time. Weekly remolding ensures RD1 keeps up with your progress and continues to fit perfectly — so it never stops doing its job.

If it ever feels loose, tight, or uncomfortable before the week is up — remold it. Your comfort is your signal.
What are the dimensions of the RD1?+
The RD1 comes in one universal size, and it's suitable for all adult-sized mouths. The mouthpiece dimensions are:

Length: 4.2 cm
Width: 6.5 cm
Height: 0.9 cm

It is designed to ensure a snug, comfortable fit for best effectiveness, so no size selection is needed when ordering.
Shipping & returns+
• Shipping typically takes 7-10 days to most destinations including the US. More remote countries can take longer.
• Orders typically ship within 48 hours and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
